Project Växthus

Project ”Växthus” aims to increase young adults’ knowledge and capacity to improve their mental health, and increase their feeling of belonging. The project will identify factors that promote health and develop concrete ways to deal with factors that affect health negatively. In a process of co-creation, the goal is to increase empowerment and prevent loneliness among young adults.

The activities within the project are mainly in Swedish, since the target group is Swedish speaking young adults (17-25).

The project is looking for authentic stories that usually are not published on social media. If you want, you can send your story as an audio recording or video (max 50 MB) here.
