The acronym ACT stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The aim of the coaching is to make your life more meaningful and increase your psychological flexibility to make it easier to take action despite difficult thoughts or emotions. ACT coaching involves learning new skills, establishing goals and practising acceptance.
The coaching includes 6–8 meetings, a workbook and support provided by a coach. The coaching is provided in Finnish.
