Financial Aid For Students (KELA)

The purpose of financial aid is to provide economic security for students. KELA financial aid is available in the form of Student Grant (no need to pay back) or Student Loan (needs to paid back). If you have strong online banking codes, you can apply online at KELA webpages. If you don’t have strong online banking codes, you need to fill in paper application forms.
