POAS

POAS offers rental apartments in Tampere area. Students studying in vocational schools, high schools and universities and working persons under 30 years can apply. If you want to apply together with someone it is enough that one of you fulfills the requirements. Some locations are mainly for students. Your application is valid for 3 months. POAS doesn’t use the queueing systems but makes decision in the order of emergency and reason of the applicant. Flat types include studios, two-room apartments, three-room apartments and shared flats.
